Client Content and Files
The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, logos, files, links, and approvals needed to finish the website. Delays in providing content can delay the project timeline.
Terms / Disclaimer
These terms outline the general expectations for website projects, quotes, payments, approvals, and ongoing support. A formal client agreement may include additional project-specific terms.
Website pricing only includes the selected package and the scope agreed before work begins. Starting prices are for simple, focused builds. A Business Website starting price may include up to three core pages when the content and features stay straightforward. Extra pages, long pages, added features, special integrations, additional forms, extra galleries, and expanded content may increase the price.
Deposits are requested only after the inquiry, discussion, quote, and project scope are accepted. Deposits reserve scheduled build slots, but projects outside standard scope may require a custom quote. Final payment is due before launch, handoff, file transfer, zip release, or publishing the finished website.
Revisions are limited to the package or agreement. Small edits are part of the normal review process. Major redesigns, new design directions, repeated changes after approval, or changes outside the original scope may cost more.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images, logos, files, links, and approvals needed to finish the website. Delays in providing content can delay the project timeline.
Clients are responsible for confirming they own or have permission to use any text, images, logos, files, code, music, video, fonts, templates, account access, or other materials submitted for a project. AT Web Builders may request proof of ownership, license, or authorization before using submitted materials.
Unreleased drafts, code, logo concepts, source files, working files, launch access, transfer, zip release, and final deliverables may be withheld until the required project balance is paid in full. After final payment, the client receives the agreed final deliverables and rights described in the accepted agreement.
Clients should not send passwords through forms, email, or file uploads. When access is needed, clients should use temporary admin, delegate, team, or provider-approved access. Clients are responsible for domain renewals, hosting accounts, email accounts, and third-party services unless a written maintenance or management agreement says otherwise.
A website can improve presentation, clarity, and credibility, but it does not guarantee sales, leads, search rankings, social media growth, or business results.
Updates after launch require a maintenance plan unless otherwise agreed. Maintenance plans cover ordinary updates based on the selected monthly level. New pages, redesigns, advanced features, and large content projects may be quoted separately.
Clients may be given a preview link to test and review the website before receiving files or launch access. Approval means the site is ready for final payment or release. The finished website, zip file, transfer, or launch is released after final payment clears.
If a client requests files, code, logo files, launch access, or transfer to the client or another provider, a release or handoff confirmation may be required. After handoff, AT Web Builders is not responsible for third-party edits, hosting issues, lost files, copyright problems, misuse, or changes made outside AT Web Builders unless an active maintenance agreement applies.
This draft is meant to protect the workflow and explain expectations in plain language. It should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being treated as a final legal contract.
